Toshiba Laptop Support


You can find Toshiba laptop support from either the official Toshiba sources, or often as better, from third party support sources.

The online website for Toshiba support is the first place anyone should go with their troubles with a Toshiba laptop.

The support website is located at support.toshiba.com, and offers several ways to get help and advice on fixing your problems.

Downloads

From the downloads section, you can download drivers, BIOS, and other software for your Toshiba PC to fix any problems you may have with your current set up.

Search with Ask Iris

This section is a search on the Toshiba support knowledgebase, and file libraries. Some of the companies that provide support this way say that such searches answer 95 percent of people's questions.

You may find your answer that way the quickest, by doing a search on the Ask Iris.

Tech Support Center

This section has additional downloads to fix your problems, support bulletins on more generic problems, user guides that may help you configure and use the computer better, and detailed specifications of Toshiba products.

Warranty & Services Center

This section has the information needed to find out if your problems are covered by the warranty and you can upgrade your warranty at that section to cover more areas.

Communications Center

If your problems cannot be answered by other means, usually it means it is time to contact Toshiba support. There are several ways to do this. For one, there is the online technical support, which includes an online laptop computing forum, where you can post questions, get help from knowledgeable users and portable computing specialists.
