T-Mobile HiFi Ringtones

T-Mobile HiFi ringtones are one of the latest additions to the variety of T-Mobile cell phone entertainment services, sold under the T-Zones brand.

The T-Mobile HiFi Ringers are the next generation of ringtones that use original song clips. T-Mobile has partnered (in February 2004) with Sony to bring T-Mobile exlusive HiFi ringer content from top Sony Music artists such as Beyonce, Jessica Simpson, John Mayer, Incubus, and Nas.

The T-Mobile HiFi ringing tone service that has those artists was launched for the Valentines Day celebration in 2004.

That launch was another milestone in the series of successful T-Mobile mobile entertainment services. Downloads for these services have been on a very rapid growth path for T-Mobile, with growth rates of up to 500% on yearly level.

Major part of the mobile entertainment downloads have come from ringtones, with average customer reportedly downloading an average of 4 T-Mobile ringers per month.

The supported phones for the T-Mobile HiFi ringing tone service include Motorola V300, Samsung e105, Samsung e715, Samsung V205 and Nokia 3650.

T-Mobile HiFi Ringtones Service

The service for the HiFi ringers is available from T-Mobile web site's T-Zones service, located at t-mobile.com.

The HiFi ringer service will develop, according to the company, to creations of series of exclusive "Artist Packs".

These packs will each incorporate a collection of artist-related mobile offerings, including artist images, HiFi Ringers, as well as text messages about the artist, contests and promotions based on the artist and artist-related prizes and premiums.

The HiFi ringers from T-Mobile cost $1.99 each, but it is likely that the price will come down as demand for these ringers increases.
