Ringtones for Sprint

The available ringtones for Sprint come bundled into the next generation of cell phone services called “Vision”. The Vision service uses an advanced network called CDMA 1xRTT, and you’ll need specific cell phones with a specific plan.

Even though the average size of Sprint ringers is bigger than what you’d find the size of download to be for some other types of ringers, the high speed of the advanced network ensures that you download the ringers quickly.

In addition to getting ringtones for Sprint cell phones, the Vision service enables wireless e-mail, picture taking and sharing (send picture messages), and wireless Internet browsing.

So, even though you might think that Vision is all about Sprint ringtones and other entertainment stuff, you’d be surprised to hear how much companies love the advanced cell phone networks.

How to Get Ringtones For Sprint Cell Phones

When you’ve bought one of the Vision cell phones, you can download ringers from services that offer ringtones for Sprint cell phones.

One of the most popular downloads of Sprint ringers is the “voice ringtone”, where you get a short sound-byte as a ringer. For example, I’ve heard T-Rex roaring as a ringtone, and the sound was quite impressive.

Most PCS Vision cell phones are capable of downloading ringtones for Sprint. In fact, most of the Vision cell phones support advanced MP3 ringers.
