Quest High Speed Internet


Quest high speed internet services are called Qwest Connect and they are offered with Windows Live.

One of the things Qwest broadband is well known of is customer service.

Qwest has received the highest numerical score among Internet service providers in the West region in the proprietary J.D. Power and Associates 2007 Internet Service Provider Residential Customer Satisfaction Study.

The study was based on responses from 13,649 residential Internet service subscribers measuring nine providers in the West region (AZ, CA, CO, ID, IA, MN, MT, NE, NV, NM, ND, OR, UT, SD, WA, WY).

There are three levels of service with Qwest broadband internet:

  • Qwest Connect with Windows Live
  • Qwest Connect Silver with Windows Live
  • Qwest Connect Platinum with Windows Live
