AT&T used to be one of the market leaders in prepaid cell phones. As Cingular purchased the company, the combination has been going from strength to strength with their GoPhone prepay package. T-Mobile has To Go prepaid plans, which offer cheap call rates and nationwide coverage for prepay customers. Verizon has a growing base of prepaid customers, but the company has been late and slow in luring prepay marketplace to it's network. |
