Laptop Failures Cost Large Companies over $500,000 Annually
According to a new research paper by J.Gold Associates, laptop failures can cost the average large organization $500,000 per year.
The research paper has analysis on the cost of laptop failures in companies, and integrates the costs associated of buying laptops that exhibit higher than needed failure rates. The research was done as very few companies anticipate the costs associated with the high costs and amounts of disruption these computer failures. The research paper concludes that for larger companies, purchasing a laptop model with even a modestly lower 1 percent failure rate will save the average company over $50,000 per year.
