Motorola V600 MP3 Ringtones

You can get Motorola V600 MP3 ringtones and polyphonic tones from, for example, Motorola HelloMoto service.

Motorola V600

The HelloMoto service, in association with Handango, is available for T-Mobile and Cingular customers in the U.S. The ringers from the HelloMoto service are downloadable over the air, so no cables are needed.

The last time I checked, the HelloMoto MP3 ringer service had over 250 MP3 ringing tones to choose from.

In addition to ringing tones, you can download V600 wallpapers, screensavers, games, and themes (ringtone, wallpaper, and screensaver all on one theme, in one convenient package).

Free Motorola V600 MP3 Ringtones

If you don't like the idea of paying $3.00 for each MP3 ringtone, as you would in the Motorola MP3 ringtone service, you can always make MP3 ringers of your own.

Most of these tools are downloadable to your desktop, from where you need to upload the MP3 files to your V600, with cables and phone manager software, for example.

Two ringtone tools that can make you ringers easily, and without paying by-the-download, are Xingtones and Ringtone Ripper.

Of these, the Ringtone Ripper is a free download, and can make 20 second MP3 tones out of any CD track or MP3 song in your collection.

The Xingtones software, on the other hand, is available for free evalution period, after which you need to pay $19.95 to continue making MP3 ringers with it.

The real music formats supported by Xingtones go beyond MP3. Other supported formats include AMR, MMF, GCD, and WAV.

Motorola V600 MP3 Ringtones - Other Services

Besides Motorola itself, there are several other companies offering Motorola V600 MP3 ringers.

For one, you can look up the services from your cell phone company, Cingular or T-Mobile, for example.

These services usually offer easy paying options (directly to your cell phone bill), over-the-air downloads, and the best sounding ringers, added with regular series of exclusive content from music labels.

The T-Mobile HiFi ringers cost $1.99 each, but you can get great discounts if you take the monthly t-zones plan. You can also download MegaTones, which are polyphonic ringers to your V600 phone.

For Cingular, the service is available from cingularextras.com. In the real music package, you can get voice tones, sound effects, as well as MP3 music ringers.

The Cingular real music ringers are called True Tones, and typically cost $2.49 and up.

To download the content over-the-air, Wireless Internet Express Service is normally required.
