Motorola had a lot of publicity for their camera phones during the 2006 Golden Globe awards ceremony, when Virginia Madsen took out a Motorola camera phone to show Ryan Seacrest, and the TV viewing public, a picture of her son during the red carpet coverage of the Golden Globes.

Motorola has several high-profile complete mobile entertainment cell phones, including the Motorola ROKR, a iTunes-compatible phone, that can hold about 100 songs plus take photos on the fly.

Furthermore, Motorola has entered into co-operation with Kodak, one of the leading digital camera manufacturers, for Kodak to supply Motorola with camera hardware and software for its phones.
