Hunter Air Purifiers
In addition to purifiers, Hunter offers a complete line of products, including ceiling fans, portable fans, air purifiers, humidifiers, thermostats and vaporizers. The history of the company in air conditioning spans over 100 years, starting with a pressure driven ceiling fan back in 1886 (by John and James Hunter). Hunter offers two air purifier product lines: a QuietFlo True HEPA line and the HEPAtech model category. All the models are up to 99.97% effective at capturing airborne particles. Hunter Air Purifiers - QuietFlo The QuietFlo system works by offering a QuietFlo fan, for quiet operation. There's also advanced activated carbon pre-filter for more effective air cleaning, as well as a True HEPA filter that captures up to 99.97% of all airborne particles as small as 0.3 micron in size. There are many models available from Hunter, with basic categorization depending on the room size the product is targeted for. For small rooms, up to 12' x 12', there are following models: QuietFlo 90 For medium rooms, up to 17' x 18', there are following models: QuietFlo 117 For large rooms, up to 20' x 20', there are following models: QuietFlo 225 Hunter Air Purifiers - HEPATech The HEPATech system works by offering a QuietFlo fan, for quiet operation. In addition, you can also find separate washable pre-filter (that captures large particles), as well as a permanently charged HEPATech electret filter that effictively captures up to 99.97% of particles as small as 0.1 micron in size. There's also an ionizer that distributes negative ions throughout the room to enhance the cleaning process while refreshing the air (on select models).
