Hotlink caller ringtones is the most popular Malaysian prepaid ringback tone service (in co-operation with Maxis).

Caller ringtones have been very popular in Malaysia since the launch of the Maxis caller ringtone service in June, 2004.

Part of why these ringers have been so popular is that there are quite many of them available. The Maxis/HotLink library contains more than 400 caller tunes to choose from.

The caller tunes also have some advanced features.

For example, you can set a specific song for a specific caller on a specific day.

There’s even a jukebox feature that plays all the caller ringtones on your playlist randomly.

Purchasing Hotlink Caller Ringtones

As the caller ringtones are hosted on the network, you don't download them to your phone.

To purchase Hotlink ringback tones, if you are a Hotlink 012 & 017 prepaid customer, you must first subscribe to the service at hotlink.com.my website. You can also activate this service by calling Maxis Contact Center.

Once subscribed, you can shop for your favourite ringtones from the website.

The monthly subscription fee is RM3, and each caller ringtone will cost you extra (RM2-RM3).

You can download up to maximum 10 Caller Ringtones at any one time.
