Many free T-Mobile ringtones are promotional offers, and in addition, you can easily make your own HiFi ringtones for the latest, cutting-edge T-Mobile wireless phones.

For a while (during the launch of the service for Valentine's Day (in February) 2004), T-Mobile was kind enough to give away their selection of HiFi ringing tones, but that offer has expired a long time ago.

However, if you were a customer of the t-Zones package, you can now download additional HiFi ringers for the price you already are paying for your t-zones package.

The content is downloadable via T-Mobile’s t-zones service on your phone or through www.t-mobile.com.

Free T-Mobile Ringtones - Making Your Own Ringers

With HiFi ringers, the easiness of making your own ringtones has jumped to a whole new level.

With such audio editors as the MP3 Ringtone Ripper, you can turn any track on your CD collection or any MP3 on your hard disk to a 20-second HiFi ringtone.

Other (free) audio editors that can as easily do the job of cutting a lengthy MP3 song to ringtone-size include Audacity and WavePad.

To get the ringer from your computer desktop to your cell phone, you can use infrared link or bluetooth, cables, or upload the file to a wireless web page, then download the file to your phone.

Use phone manager software to manage the transfer, at least if you use cables for the job.
