Cincinnati Bell Broadband

The Cincinnati Bell broadband service is called ZoomTown and has attracted over 0.1 million customers so far.

The service has speeds up to 3Mbps, making the service up to 100 times faster than traditional dial-up.

With the Cincinnati Bell ZoomTown service, you can choose your own ISP from the affiliated ISPs. The current 10 affiliated ISPs are:

  • 3z.net
  • Iglou Internet Services
  • Nuvox
  • Supernet of Ohio
  • Exodus Online Services
  • Internet Access Cincinnati
  • Speedspan.com
  • New Edge Networks
  • Cincinnati Bell: Fuse.net
  • ISOC.net

Additional services in your subscription include anti-spam and anti-virus software (plus a free trial to Rhapsody internet music subscription service).

Available Cincinnati Bell Broadband Packages

Cincinnati Bell offers four different packages of ADSL. The basic division is between home users and business users.

All the options have up to 3Mbps download and up to 768 Kbps upload transfer rates.

The options are:

  • ZoomTown with Fuse Internet Access
  • ZoomTown Home Office with Fuse Internet Access (includes 1 static IP Address)
  • ZoomTown With Participating ISP
  • ZoomTown Home Office with Participating ISP (includes 1 static IP Address)

    With the ZoomTown high-speed internet access, there's no charge for equipment, activation or self installation fees (professional installation will cost extra).

    You can also find a Cincinnati Bell Fuse dial-up service and wireless wi-fi at hot spot locations in and around Cincinnati.
