Charter Broadband
Charter broadband offers downstream speeds of up to 3mbps, over cable lines.
Charter began as a small company in 1993, and back then the only product was analog video.
Today, Charter is a Fortune 500 company, with broadband services to the home, including cable television on a digital video programming platform via Charter Digital and Charter High-Speed Internet Service.
So far, the service has attracted over 1.7 million customers, making Charter the fourth largest cable Internet company.
With the Charter high speed Internet service, you get the usual advantages of cable Internet service, including no need for long-term contracts.
Also, you get additional features with the packages, such as anti-virus and firewall software.
Available Charter Broadband Packages
There is one main package offered to Charter customers for high speed Internet.
