Canon SD300 Digital Camera

Canon SD300 digital camera offers some of the best features in the Powershot product line: ultra-thin design and high resolution combined with high performance.

Canon Powershot SD300

The PowerShot SD300 Digital ELPH is very advanced digital camera. It's compact and easy to use, has a metal body richly appointed with coating.

The slim design hides a 4.0 Megapixel camera with 3x optical/3.6x digital/11x combined zoom. The SD300 has a large 2.0 inch LCD screen for image previews and playback.

This camera was also the first in the Powershot line to use a DIGIC II image processor for faster processing speeds, improved image quality, and crisper colors.

Canon SD300 Digital Camera - Features

The SD300 is an improved version on the popular SD110. The main differences are, in favor of the SD300, in megapixel count and optical zoom range, plus the SD300 also offers faster shooting, thanks to its Digic II image processor.

You can also use the standard 16 MB SD memory card to store 640x480 video at 30fps.

For a pricier alternative to the SD300, you can consider the Canon EOS digital rebel, and for cheaper alternatives, the Powershot A95 or A75.
