BT Broadband Ireland


BT broadband Ireland is offered in three service levels: Value, Basic, and Deluxe.

The value offer is the middle of the line broadband service from the company, and as of March 2008, provides 2 Mb speeds for downloading for EUR 32.50 per month with a usage limit of 20GB (upload/download usage).

The basic has broadband speeds of just 1 Mb, with 10 GB limit on the usage, for EUR 22.50. The deluxe package has faster speeds (3 Mb), 30GB download/upload limit, for a price of EUR 42.50 per month as of March 2008.

In some areas, you can even get the upgraded version of the broadband network, which offers speeds up to 8 Mb, but for the same price as the deluxe package.

All the broadband packages include a installation/connection fee. However, connection fee is waived for customers who are transferring their broadband service from eircom, Perlico, UTV, Imagine, Gaelic Telecom, Digiweb DSL and have their own modem.
