AOL Broadband Cable

AOL broadband cable is one of the ways to connect to the AOL Service.

In fact, the AOL software that you get allows you to connect to the AOL service over the net from any type of broadband connection, including cable modem and a Digital Subscriber Line (DSL).

If you can't connect over cable high speed internet, you should check that you have the latest version of the AOL software.

You can download the latest version at AOL Keyword: Upgrade or by going to http://www.aol.com.

If you decide to upgrade, the AOL software should automatically detect your broadband connection, including cable, during setup.

The cable connection type is one in which the cable TV companies provide a high-speed connection through cable lines originally used for television only.

Most cable broadband services are provided by the local cable companies. They use the pay TV cable networks to bring you that broadband Internet access.

The great thing about cable broadband service is that it does not interfere with your phone line while you are on the Internet.

However, cable services may not be available in all areas, and depend much on your local cable company's services.
